Summer’s Wave Goodbye

Yesterday was the first day of fall.  I spent my day performing two weddings.  Both had a fall theme with so many unique ideas.  At one of the weddings the flower girls threw fall leaves rather than flower petals.  The youngest didn’t quite catch on until she was half way down the isle with her basket a bit fuller than when she started because she was picking up what the other girl dropped.  Gosh, I love it when things like that happen at weddings.  The entire group applauded when she caught on that she was supposed to be dropping them.  This card reminds me of that adorable little girl.

The paper and image are from The Paper Shelter.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC – if you don’t already belong to TLC, you should!  There are daily freebies that include papers, images, and sentiments.  We do have an upcoming hop in a week where you will get lots of freebies from too!

I used a punch around the page border punch a leaf punch and several gems.

Thanks for looking!
