An A mews ing Birthday

I was attempting to do some flame type hair on this sweet innocent Saturated Canary image…LOL  I’m not sure I got the look I was going for, but still like the end results.  Go figure!  I used some scrap paper made my own tag for the sentiment, added lace, burlap string and string pearls.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.
