B is for Baby

Today I’ve been playing with the sweet little Birfday Dragon from Rick St. Dennis.  The last card I made using this adorable little guy I also had mom (or was it dad?) dragon included.  This time I wanted to make something a bit more…precious.  I colored the little guy with chalk then went over the shell with Crystal Stickles.  I went over his claws, eyes and horns with Glossy Accents.  I added a doily, cheese cloth, two different types of lace, ribbon, burlap bow, heart stick pin, butterflies (two kinds), sunflower, carnation, rose, rose buds and gems.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I wanted to make my color scheme sort of match the ‘dragon’, so I added some soft hues and some harsher hues.  I mixed some spring and fall feelings…  Guess you could almost call this card a bit…bipolar.  hahaDSCF5381
