Love Never Gives Up

Less than 2 weeks until Valentine’s Day!!  Do you have your cards done?  🙂  How or do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?  My husband and I tend to do dinner that night (date night), but other than that, it is just another day for us.  I don’t usually give Valentine cards.  When my kids were little they did the traditional class party and gave the small Valentines…

For this card I used an older image from Delicious Doodles called Love At First Bite.  You can get this image HERE OR HERE.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC (and we are doing a blog hop right now with about 10 freebies!!).  I added a die cut heart and three butterfly punches with grey pearls.

  2. Great card! I love the monochrome black and white and the striking image. A very gothic vampire card! 🙂

Thanks for entering our challenge at OSAAT this week.

  3. Beautiful – love how you’ve layered and embellished.

Thanks for joining us at One Stitch at a Time this week, and good luck!

  4. Wow, very romantic and a little scary card. I like how you used black color without your card to be gloomy. Thank you for participating in the challenge of the Creative Card Crew. We expect you again. Adriana DT

  5. Karen, I the strength and tenderness of Love is so apparent in this beautiful Valentine’s card. The sensitivity shown through the wonderful image and purity of you white balanced against the strength of love shown in the strong black. Monochrome used to wonderful effect to illustrate the truth of your sentiment.

I am an awe inspired fan of Teri Sherman’s incredible art work and we are so privileged that her images are available through the Stitchy Bear online shop. I often pop over just for the pleasure of seeing what wonders our creators produce.

Thank you for sharing this lovely card in our challenge this week. Ingrid xx ( OSAAT Team )
