Incy Wincy Tic Tac Toe

This week at Incy Wincy we have a Tic Tac Toe board to play with…any three in a row will do!

We are being sponsored by Iva Nova Chest and The Paper Shelter this week.  I used an image from The Paper Shelter.  My niece who is in the Coast Guard is having a baby shower (actually, by the time this posts it would be had, not is having).  She is having a baby girl, but according to her invitation the theme seems to be Coast Guard related, so I thought this would be okay…  I did (Die Cut – circle around the image, Emboss It – red paper w/anchors, and Use Metal – Stampin’ Up star brads) from the tic tac toe board.  I made the sentiment myself.
