This week over at Incy Wincy Designs our challenge is everyone’s favorite…ANYTHING GOES!!  We are being Sponsored by The Paper Shelter.  Iused this fun set called Cute Dressmaker.  I added some stitching around the edges, some glossy accents over her shoes, some Stickles on the dress and the heart of her shirt, some gems in the corners, and a fitting sentiment from Create With TLC.
