#173 OSAAT – Favorite Things

This week over at One Stitch At A Time the challenge is ‘Favorite Things’…this image from Teri (Delicious Doodles) covers a bit of both.  I love Mermaids and I love Steampunk.  So why not a Steampunk mermaid?  LOL

For this card I added some papers I think are from Stampin UP, shells, lace, string pearls, cluster gems, twine, brown pearls, raffia, cheese cloth, an edge punch and a cog die.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I colored the image using chalk and pencil.  I drew the stitching around the image and around the entire card.

doing the “arrangement” on the right side was fun, here is a closer look at it.
